Clarify the effects, use conditions, and maintenance of Pokémon held items.
Held items already contribute to Pokémon preparation. The rework under study aims to explain where each item works, which effects it provides, and what costs or care accompany its use.
The proposal treats item families according to their roles. Training-related Power Items are among the scopes under review to develop this foundation.
